30 Days Return Policy
We wish you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order (except custom orders) strictly follow the procedures as listed below for return from the day you receive the item.
We appreciate your understanding that we cannot make any returns for items purchased from other online stores or from local VasilisaTM retailers, as well as item(s) that have been worn.
How to return
- Fill up the Product Returns Form for exchange/return.
- We will send you a confirmation email, kindly print the confirmation email and send to us together with the return product(s) for verification. Please do not return any product(s) without first receiving our product return confirmation email. Otherwise we will not accept your exchange/refund.
- All return product(s) must be in good condition and all original packaging (including sales receipt) .
- For the secure return of your order, we recommend using an upgraded courier service, such as UPS, rather than regular mail. Make sure you can track your package and opt for signature confirmation. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at www.thevasilisa.com, for quick and easy processing. We recommend insuring the package for your own protection.
- We will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 5 business days to process upon received the item. We will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping and 4 % handling fee.
- The refund will be issued as a store credit for your next purchase. You shall be received an email notification on the completion of refund from us.
