How and when will I receive my order?

Most purchases are shipped out from our headquarter office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by the shipper as mention above. We will ship out your orders the same day or next business day after receiving order and payment. Your purchases will arrive within 2 - 6 business days (depending on your zone) upon order and payment confirmation. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stupulated time frame. We will send you a tracking number once the purchase has been send out. Please note that a signature will be required at delivery.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
No shipment on Saturday, Sunday and Malaysia Public Holiday.


What if the product return due to uncollection?

Once we have ship out the order, we will send out a follow up email along with the shipment tracking number. Most shippers will have 2 attempts in delivering the shipment. If still unable to delivered, the order will be put at the shipper's office for collection within 14 days. If the customer still does not collect the order, the order will be return to our HQ. For 2nd round of shipment, the customer is required to pay for the shipment as below:
Malaysia delivered address = RM10 per shipment
Oversea delivered address = USD30 per shipment


How about duty and taxes?

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from www.thevasilisa.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Purchases of products may be subject to these import taxes, custom duties and fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
A parcel returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in www.thevasilisa.com being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed.
